Dolphin Explorer in Punta Cana

Halfway through our vacation, we elected to do an offsite excursion with the kids. We visited Dolphin Explorer. Josh and I have never swam with dolphins so we thought this would be the perfect opportunity to do so and we figured the kids would really enjoy it. Well, three out of the four of us really enjoyed it. Madi wasn't quite as enthralled with the experience as the rest of us. She complained that the water smelled fishy and it was too cold. Eventually, she became acclimated to her environment and started to enjoy it a little more. The experience we chose included an entire hour with two dolphins, Here are all of the experiences we enjoyed with the dolphins:

Able to pet the dolphins multiple times.
Kissed the dolphins
Danced with them.
They spun us in a circle.
They pushed us up into the air like Superman.
They jumped over us.
And they pull us through the water while we held their dorsal fins.

As a bonus, we also enjoyed getting kissed by a giant sea lion and were able to hold a large stingray. It was a really cool experience. I am so glad that we took the opportunity to purchase this half-day excursion.
