The family calendar started to fill up more and more in February.  Our weekends began to encompass kids sports competitions each weekend.  Sometimes at the same time.  Josh and I spend many a weekend alternating who would be attending which kids' sports activity so that we would be able to cheer each of the kids on at the respective event.  But, we enjoyed every moment of it and were proud of each of them every single time.   Besides all of the sporting activities, we celebrated Valentine's Day in our traditional fashion.  It's good to know that grilled cheese and tomato soup is a family Valentine's Day favorite. We also celebrated Madilyn's 12th birthday.  One more year before she is a teenager.  Oh.My.Goodness!  To celebrate, Madi wanted to go to a fancy ice cream shop and sushi.  We accomplished one of her desires.  We drove downtown to an very upscale ice cream store called The Yard.  In Josh's and my opinion, the presentation was much better than the ice cr
