October was a month that blended acts of service, moments of reflection, and festive celebrations. Here's a look at what made this October so memorable for our family: Volunteering Together This month, we made time to give back as a family. Aiden and Josh volunteered with Boys Team Charity, while Madilyn and I joined efforts with the National Charity League. Together, we volunteered at St. Vincent de Paul, where we spent the day helping those in need. It was a humbling and rewarding experience, and it reminded us of the importance of community and compassion. Finnley’s 5th Birthday Finnley turned five this October, and we couldn’t miss his Minecraft-themed birthday party. October is one of my most favorite months of the year.  It is my birth month, but also the weather in Arizona starts to cool down and we are able to spend more time outdoors.  This October was no exception.  However, we were also able to fill our month full of new opportunities, family traditions, and memorable moments.   From sports competitions to a surprise visit to California, here's a glimpse into our family's cherished memories from this unforgettable month. Aiden's Soccer and Lacrosse Adventures Aiden had a busy month on the sports field! He, along with his buddies Bryson and Graham, participated in the competitive soccer league with CCV Stars. In order to play with a coach that we knew, the boys had to play up an age division.  It definitely was a challenge for the boys, but it also allowed them to learn different skills and play with their friends.
