For the past five years, we have been taking the kids up north see Santa Claus, either on a train or in his workshop. This year we did not break this tradition. The weekend before Christmas we headed back up to Flagstaff to visit the North Pole Experience. The kids are at such a perfect age and the experience was entirely magically for them and for us. It was so much fun to see their excitement grow as we traveled through Santa's workshop from the toy makers shoppe, to the main factory floor, to the bakery, to the mail room. to the sleigh hanger and, lastly, to Santa himself. I think that Aiden told every elf along the way what he wanted for Christmas. It was so precious. I guess we will just have to see if Santa gives our "little elves" exactly what they wanted.
