While the kids were on spring break, we decided to visit the new Odysea Aquarium in Scottsdale. It opened last fall and we had been wanted to check it out. It was a pretty fun excursion. My favorite exhibit were the penguins. Next time, we may have to splurge and do the penguin interaction program so I can feed and touch the penguins. We were able to watch some people interact with the penguins and it looked really fun.
We also had the opportunity to watch a sloth maneuver all around its enclosure. We all felt that she was by no means slow as they are stereotyped to be. She was truly mesmerizing to watch. We probably could have stood there all day.
The kids favorite exhibit was the sharks because who doesn't love sharks. While we were there, the sharks were being trained and were rewarded with food. It was cool to watch.
