This summer, we enjoyed a family road trip to Colorado. The purpose of the road trip was to meet up with the other Farrell families for a reunion near Vallecito Lake, near Durango, Colorado. Our first day was spent primarily in the car driving. Luckily, we did have time to stop along the way.
Stop #1: Flagstaff for lunch and to stretch our legs.
Stop #2: Four Corners Monument so we could take the iconic photo of the kids standing in all four states at once. As you can tell in the photos, one kids was less pleased with this particular stop.
Stop #3: Our hotel at Mesa Verde in Montezuma County, Colorado.
