Atlanta ~ World of Coca Cola

On day three in Atlanta after all of Jenn's business meetings were complete, we decided to visit the World of Coca-Cola Museum.  It is pretty interesting museum.  I never realized Coca-Cola's magnitude as a beverage distributor across the world.  We were able to learn about Coke's fascinating story by taking a walk through historical and current memorabilia.  The museum also included a couple of different movies that the kids seemed to enjoy since they really did not seem that interested in most of the other exhibits.

One of the exhibits I enjoyed the most was the tour of the onsite active bottling factory.  We were able to watch how their signature product is created.  Fun Coke Fact:  Did you know that Coca-Cola produces 12,000 bottles/cans per minute throughout the world?  Neither did we.  We really could not even imagine how this is even possible.  The museum gives each visitor an actual Coke bottle from the factory as a souvenir when you exit.

Before you exit the museum, the last stop is the Taste It! room.  This is where we were able to taste over 160 different Coke beverages from around the world.  It was insane.  Our kids loved this experience.  Madi just kept asking me to try more and more.  Our kids were on a sugar high for the next couple of hours.  I must admit that my favorite Coca-Cola product is the original Coke.  You just cannot beat the original.
