Gingerbread House Decorating

One of the perks of being a Moon Valley Country Club member is the annual gingerbread house decorating event.  It is so much fun!  When you walk into the club's gym, you are handed a fully constructed gingerbread house and a tube of frosting.  Then, in the middle of the room, there is a huge table full of candy for the kids use as decoration for their house.  However, the best part of this family event is the fully stocked bar the parents can visit while their kids are become a sweet, sugary mess. Brilliant!  This year, the Raetz family join us in the festivities.  Sadly, I think that Paige and I had more fun decorating the houses than the kids.  The mom's may need their own houses next year.
