Glendale Glitters 2016

Visiting Glendale Glitters during its opening weekend has always been one of our family's favorite traditions. However, after this year's visit, we may need to find a new holiday family light display tradition. Sadly, Glendale Glitters is not the same event as it use to be. They have added way to many white tower event lights that diminish the grandeur of the actual holiday lights. The event has also continued to try to appeal to families better by adding more and more kids rides. However, for us, makes it feel more like a carnival and not so much like a special holiday event. Sure, our kids still had fun. They enjoyed playing in the snow and visiting with their friends, Logan and Brooke. But the night didn't seem as special as it once was for our family.
