Happy 90th Birthday, GP!

Fall break for the kids' school started the Friday before Grandpa (GP) Stan's 90th birthday.  So, we decided to celebrate him with a birthday dinner in California.  An invitation was extended to the entire family, including my parents, who love and adore Stan and Selma.  We arrived in Laguna Woods on Friday, just in time for a trip to the 99 Cent Store and Shabbat at Selma and Stan's home.  Saturday, we took the kids to a local pumpkin patch with my parents and then headed back to the hotel so the kids could enjoy a little swim in the heated pool before we headed to dinner.  Saturday evening was Stan/GP's big celebration.  We dined at Romeo Cucina in Laguna Niguel.  The food was delicious and everyone had a great time.  Stan looked amazing, especially since not even a week before, he was in the hospital receiving a pace maker.  Crazy!  All of the kids were on especially good behavior.  We were lucky to have family from all over the country join in the celebration.  Uncle John and Aunt Donna flew in from New York.  The Reisman/Vorobiof family drove down from Calabasas.  It was a wonderful family reunion!

Grandpa (GP) Stan, we love you!  We are so glad that we were able to come celebrate your BIG birthday with you and the rest of the family.  We are looking forward to many, many more visits, conversations and celebrations.  Happy 90th!
