Christmas in Moon Valley

On the Wednesday before Christmas, Moon Valley Country Club (MVCC) hosted a cookie decorating night with Santa. Since the kids only had a half day on Thursday, we decided that it would be fun to take them to MVCC to see Santa.

The kids jumped right in Santa's lap. No fear or concerns this year. They also loved decorating the cookies. Even Josh and I thought the cookies were exceptional.

After dinner, we drove around Moon Valley proper to see all of the holiday light displays. We visited Candy Cane Lane and stopped by the house that synchronizes their lights to music that you listen to through the radio. It was a festive evening and a great way for all of us to connect a little with each other before winter break begins.
