Christmas was very good to us this year. The kids and Josh slept in until about 7:30am. Once everyone was up, we opened our family gifts. Even the kids had presents for Josh and I (Thanks to Aunt Melinda). What fun and it seems like everyone got at least one item on their wish list. After gift time, we enjoyed bubble-loaf and champagne for breakfast. Then, the kids (and Josh) had time to play with their presents.
Mid-morning, we were joined by my parents, Lynsey, Tonny, Mina and Oma arrived for round two of gift giving. Mina wasn't quite into opening the gifts, but my kids helped her out.
After we finished opening gifts, we were joined by Christy, Brandon, Melinda and Michael for lunch and game time outside. The day was gorgeous and the weather was perfect. It was so nice finally being able to sit and catch up with everyone.
The only bummer of the day ... our dishwasher died and we had to hand wash all of the dishes.
