Thanksgiving 2020

As with many holidays and celebrations in 2020, the Thanksgiving table was a little less populated this year.  However, we still found ways to make meaningful connections and honor some of our annual traditions.  We started the morning off with a four mile hike up Shaw Butte with our friend, Danielle, and her dog.  Knowing that we were going to indulge later in the day made the hike even more worth it.  Our afternoon was spent hosting my parents.  We played cornhole, watched football and finished the final touches on our Thanksgiving feast.  We missed our annual holiday attendees, but slightly enjoyed that the holiday was a little less hectic and more low-key than in years past.  We were just thankful to be happy and healthy.
